W. St James Loop

During the day, I was feeling much better, back to the way it was a few months ago. I Guess the stretching really helped out. Decided I wanted to run today.

Went out with a big pack. Nick, Steve, Peter, Grogan, and Chris Wade. We all had on funny articles of clothing. We looked pretty weird, but it was all good. Did the "famous" West Saint James loop (Murray Hill, Cedar, Soverlook, NP, W. St James, Cedar, Coventry, NP, Soverlook, Cedar, Murray Hill)

It was a nice run weather was fine. Sidewalks were kinda iffy at spots. Legs didnt feel all that sore from not running. Knees and back were fine though. I was riding with it. Shin felt funny a little bit, but that was about it...

Got back. Hit up the stretching, then did some hips and Planks. Finally got around to L7 and icing. No lift or workouts or anything today. Get back into the groove Wednesday.

Back was kinda sore after, but my knee cap feels a whole ton better.

O yea. Stepped in dog shit on NP. It was nasty.

3 x 1:30 plank alternating 10 pushups.
