didn't really have a plan for today because I didn't have gear at Veale to run outside. so I hopped on the treadmill for a light tempo workout like 4 miles because I didn't want to wait until Wednesday for something quicker than easy pace runs. then I remembered how much shit I have to do this week (a.k.a. the next couple of days) so I cut the run short. then stretched
