Comments:
3 mile warm-up, 5 tempo, 3 cool-down. Supposed to be an 80%, but was quicker. First couple miles around 6, but closed the last 3 in 16:40-ish(28:40 on the run)
Probably should not have pushed so hard, but got caught up when kev was pushing it a bit. Strides when we got back.
