Comments:
I set out to do 2 slow miles as a recovery from yesterday. So I set the treadmill at 6mph and set out. After 5 minutes I figured I would quit early but I just kept going... and going... and going. 6 miles later I had burned off 800+ calories and was feeling good and happy that I went as long as I did. But I still hate treadmill work.
