Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Pretty standard pool workout. Feeling more sore than tight from yesterdays return to running. Could definitely feel it in the pool. Did 5 min kick, wkt 1, 15 min swim, wkt 2, 20 min aqua jog, small cooldown. Swim was alternating 1 & 2 breaths. Felt better at the end.
Back upstairs for a nice hips, back, hammies, followed by Static 3 and L7. I got out kinda early so I went to Fribs for lunch.
Feeling sore for sure, but I bet thats just from getting back to running.
Talked to coach in an impromptu meeting. Plan is to keep up with the running. Switch to 5k on tempos and mile on intervals (throw in hurdles after break) No more than 4.5 miles of interval. Long run of 8ish. We are riding at VMI, probably resting DePauw, redemption at OWU, then reclaiming UAA.
