Resting HR: 60. Sleep: 8 hr. Still trying to catch up on sleep.
By myself, watched the basketball court and listened to the Beatles, surprised at how high I was able to get my HR today, maxed out at 161, 0.5 mi PR for this workout, Brandon came in at the end, stretch, 30 Eagle, butt exercises, minute planks. Saw the doctor this evening, she has ordered an MRI and told me that it could be another 3 weeks until it fully heals.
