First outdoor workout

Weather: Cold and windy

Comments:
2x 2400 goal 6:00 pace w/ 400 jog recovery, 4x 150 w/ 250 jog recovery

The weather today definitely affected the workout. It wasn't til the second 2400 that
I really started feeling tired, but I knew a third wasn't going to happen. Also, I don't want to bump mileage too hard when I'm just coming back from my break. Knee wasn't bothering me at all today until doing drills. Going to just stop with anything that agitates it until after I work out what I'm doing wrong. Hopefully getting my core stronger will help with that. CD with Steve.

Didn't do lift and core because I'm still tired.
