did some 200s at the high school this evening. i planned on doing 8 but only did 6 once i kept slowing down. i started off well but my legs got tired and i kept getting slower and decided just to stop. it got pretty cold and was super windy too by the end. 3min rest and splits were (27.3--27.7--27.9--28.5--28.3--29.1)
