rode it sick out of spite and to practice race routine and warm-up.
Pushed it hard as I could, lungs crapped out before the sprint, but if anything it boosted my confidence! First top ten placement! Finished 7th, so the training has begun for a hopefully healthy race in Sequim in a week.

on paper the numbers are bad and I can do better..
held 24.2 mph average
