Comments:
1.5 warm up the 1000 at 3:00. The 600s were 1:44. 1:43, 1:44 then the 400s 65 65 64 65. It really wasn't fast, but for my legs which had not moved at that speed for quite some time...it was a quick one. I was quite quite tired afterwards. A couple miles cool down to get to fribley in order to eat before class.. Great start to the day!! Spring break!!, abs, hips, rolling.
