Comments:
6:40, 6:42, 6:36, 6:38, 7:00, 7:07, 7:03. felt super relaxed. didnt feel like i was pushing at all. very in control. im getting stronger. i opened my stride up the last quarter mile and was hitting 5:15 pace with ease. breathing wasnt labored and legs felt great. i really think the 2 days off did nothing but give me the rest i needed.
