Almost there...

Found out I had an extra hour and a half before my ride came so I figured I'd go to Veale and grab my running shoes and also get a bike workout in. Biked easy for 21 minutes (110-120 rpm level 8) then did a 3 min hard interval (110-120 level 14) and tried to get my heart rate up. It went to the 190's pretty quickly but topped out at 199. Next time I'll get 200. Somewhere around 11 miles total- I was just a little under 3 a mile for the easy parts and much faster on the intervals. No running planned for break, just crosstraining and core/lifts.

Glad to have midterms over and a chance to let my mind wind down for a little while. Headed home at 8pm, got back at 5a.
