Felt nice on the warmup, fucking windy though :c Did 18x hill sprints due to the lack of people at practice on Friday. Those were actually kinda fun. Houghin it out with big A. Waldt. Then the slowest 800 ever, felt successful lawls. Then three sets of combo workouts, with 75% first then all out on the sprints. 2:39, 2:03, 74 for he 800, 600, 400 and didnt get the sprint times. Another pretty good day, quite pleased.
