Comments:
Soooooo weird day. Because of all the people that missed practice on Friday, the whole team had to run 18 hills with 10 pushups at the top. Felt fine for the first 10 or so because the hills not really that long. Started to get annoying around 12 in lol. After that ran 800 600 400 with 200 and 100 in between each and a 100 jog in between the 100 and 200. Felt alright for that just super sore. Shorter cool down.
