6:30p. I didn't really make it a point to speed up the second 3rd of the run since it all was at a good easy run pace (read: not 7:30s). I felt like I was crushing the tempo section, especially because I was coming down Shelburne/NP, kinda disappointing. very high snot-to-speed ratio, but the stopwatch in outdoor won't care how sick I was during training weeks.

and yes, I was moving that slow going from Bellfield to the Phi Tau house.
