Comments:
Warmup for 10min, 20 minutes tempo. HR 150-155 during the warmup, 175-190 progression during the tempo. Rpm 100-115. These bikes seem like they register less "distance" for the same amount of effort than do the ones at school, but the workout was good, so I'll take it.
