workout was supposed to be 3x800m at 2:15-2:20. ended up getting waaaay off pace, not do to effort but do to mother nature. there were 28-29mph winds during this run. very homosexual. i feel as if i ran at the right effort, but to go the assigned pace would have had me go at a much harder workout. i ended up breaking the lasat 800 into a 600, 10 sec rest, 200. just couldnt fight the wind anymore. i cooled down a half mile and was breathing hard at just under 8 min pace. this weather was not condusive to great times, but the effort was there. still got in todays work.
