Comments:
Ran an easy 2 on the treadmill at Anytyme after work. I wanted to tape, but I didn't have the materials so I just hopped on. It felt fine: some L medial quad soreness throughout but no patellar pain. Wasn't even going to try going to the barrier today.

Did circuits and hip work, then went home. Depressing...
