It was really rainy and crappy out today. Also my knee has been tight so I though it would be good to cross train today. Just went to the Y and swam for 40 minutes. It was pretty impressive, I wasnt going super fast, but I only stopped a few times. It was almost continuous. I was getting bored by the end...
Drove back home and stretched out a little bit, roll and L7. Followed by strength.
