the workout went ok, considering i didn't feel well. afterwards though i felt awful and had a slight fever and stuff. i'm on a bunch of meds now so i'll probably take tomorrow off. rest was 2min for the workout which is less than i normally do so it made it a little tougher. goal times were (63-1:45-63-27-44-44) with 20min easy tempo before the 3's. my actual splits were (62-1:49-64-27-46-44).
it was cold as balls by the way too. 37 and windy
