Jacob's ladder Cone Workout

Green Acres warmup...10 minutes..to the track
The CONE Workout
Started at the drain on the finish side of the track and the finish was the drain on the opposite side of the track. we increased the distance 10 meters on each repeat.. going 200.210.220.230.240...with jog backs in betweeen each.once complete we went back down the ladder, trying to increase the speed on each and maintaining good speed throughout..
we went in and cool downed in the hallways for 10 minutes...stretched to follow.
