Weather: still kinda cold

Comments:
didn't do the steep hills, but still harder than what we do in distance, but i like what we did better
i learned it was more abt sprinting in sprinting...should make sense, but didn't realize...
anyway, did 6min straight of hill after hill after hill nonstop. then did it again.
it wasn't easy. thats all i need to say.
i did feel exhausted afterward, what i'm supposed to feel, but not exhausted like i just tried my hardest - just that i did something that took a lot out of me.
