Warm up to AU
then about 10 long striders, maybe 90 meters focusing on driving knees, definitely going to help later on in the season
200 300 200 300 in a group of fast boys so I ran it alone, which wasnt a problem, but then the back site started to get bad so I stopped after the first set and ran around the track during the 2nd set. I jumped in with Natalie on her last 200 which was nice to finish with.
overall pretty good day, wish I could have done the 2nd set but gave really good effort the first and I think benefitted for sure. Crunched today with some variation on sky lifts and balance. Want to go both days this weekend hopefully!
not really sure about timing, more of an estimate than actual.
