Soberlook up Shaker to Brainard and back (alone)-
I taped my foot much tighter today and my tendon did not hurt at all. The blister felt better than yesterday and I think I managed to get through the run without too much additional aggrivation. My stomach was hurting some and I had a little bit of a headache but I was feeling altogether good enough for this run to be reasonably enjoyable. This was my first run I could remotely call a "long run" since before my injury and I might even be able to do a real long run next week.
