about 15 miles warm-up. Stretch break. We're off. Much chasing. Ended in 7th place. I'll take it.

pluses: I can race at high cadence (90-105 for the day, guess we averaged about 21.6mph -not too shabby for a windy course) Legs were there for every climb and bridging the gap. Even pushed it on the sprint.

things to work on: I was too ancy to join any break-away. Wore me down. Also, warm-up could've gone smoother.
