Resting HR: 60. Sleep: 5-6 hr + 2 * 1 hr nap. Failed at one of my track goals, woke up this morning feeling like crap from the previous night, don't quite know what did me in, but the two rally naps that I took in the afternoon definitely helped.
With Jake, tried to sneak into the rec center today with his roommate's ID, but I think I swiped once but then didn't walk through, swiped again and then the card wouldn't work, ended up having to buy another a Guest Pass, 65 min lvl 10 Random, listened to All Day, the bike this time was in miles and let me go for the usual hour limit, decent workout, stretch, Ibis, butt exercises.
