Weather: chilly and windy

Comments:
1.3 mile warmup to Tilden to do track workout...which was 6x800m intervals. Was supposed to be controlled pace...but I didn't feel controlled at all. Got a horrible start each time...felt really tired after 400m...just felt like I had to push it more than I should have. I don't know...probably averaged around 2:40s per interval. I'm sore as hell...but definirely a better start than cross country. Oh...and thanks to the entire team for their benevolence...thank you.
