5xmile on xc course

Comments:
Did five by mile on the xc course. We did this weird horseshoe loop which simulated Lavern Gibson. Splits were 5:15, 5:08, 5:01, 4:57, 4:53. This workout was harder than I thought it would be. I couldn't really breathe well, probably a combination of the cold air and my spandex being too tight. The first three were fine but I fell off of Maag a lot in the last two. Still, this was the perfect tune up workout for nationals. I'm ready.
