Comments:
Felt tired on the warm up, but still the coaches wanted to do a workout even with the people who raced 1-2 times over the weekend. 50s run the 60 60 80 90 75. Didn't run very hard. Still need to recover. Need to stop doing these idiotic workouts. Got in a nice run after to chill out. Core afterward too.
