CD to Veale, full stretch, light abs

The first 2 were w/ CK & Grogan, they pulled me to a bit too fast for their last/my second interval and it came back to me in the last mile, but it wasn't horrible. My central nervous system/neuromuscular system was wrecked after this workout, maybe because of the long warmup? still, I guess this was a strong workout though my legs didn't feel too good.
