Tougher than need be..

Comments:
Several miles warm up and then 2 x 2 mike tempo. The first was at 5 35 pace and the second was at 5 30. They felt harder than they should have. I guess I'm rusty. The. 3 400s on the track which also felt heavy. My shin felt better though. Lifting, abs, hips.
