3ish, around the lower lake with Mitchell and Wyatt. Felt decent, although my hip did start bothering me a little after the 2 mile mark. I think its more due to tightness than anything.

PT, added in the stuff with the ball today.
Planks, 2x max pullups, 2x max dips
