Really slow on the warmup, just tired as hell tired. Didnt know it was that slow though haha. Two 50 second runs after 8 hills, did better on the second though actually. The hills ran the first 5 have then just said fuck it, my legs were starting to get tired already. Got sent on a 50 minute run after the 50's, went out slow as shit then when we got over by Bermudas picked it up and once we hit Belair road for the way back really extended the stride, added a quarter on the track to get 5 miles in. When we got to Belair road on the way back we were at 28 minutes. So the last 1.7 or so was in just over 11 minutes, not too shabby I'd say. Overheard Gene were doing a disatnce run again tomorrow. Probs gonna go easy. Also of note, found out im in 3 fucking events sat. 1200 in the DMR, 4x8 and 4x1600. Not breaking 5 now...
