tried to do the workout today but i'm still not healthy yet. i just felt weak the whole time so my times were very slow. goal times were (1:44-?-1:44-62-27-15min recovery-46-44-42)with 2-3min rest. actual splits were (1:46-3:26-2:00-70-29-47-45-45)
