Comments:
warmup through spring bank and then back to the track for our 500..400..300.200 workout..
500's 1:45..1:45 recovery..400's in 80..80 second recovery..300's in sub 60..60 second recovery..200 all out sub 38.. we did this 3 times..hitting the marks each time...
probably the girls best workout of the season,even though it was a small group, it was very eventful... i like the direction we are heading.. exciting to see the hard work the ladies are putting in.cooldown through green acres.
