WU 2.5 indoors. 2 to NRV, drills, strides
2*800 @ tempo, 1:00rest; 4*1000 @ interval, 400/3:00rest; 4*200 cruising, 100rest. splits - 2:31, 2:28, 2:58, 3:00, 2:59, 2:51, 33.9, 33.8, 32.4, 32.4.
CD 1 barefoot NRV, 1 to Veale. light stretch no supplements because of Class Officers.

It was good working out with CK. the 1000s felt relatively easy, which is good because 1) 4*1000 @ 3:00pace w/ 3:00rest SHOULDN'T be hard, and 2) I haven't been feeling too hot lately. the weather was nice. wishing I would have got more mileage in today.
