Comments:
Was going to do 8x400, but decided to do a couple 800s with the guys before my race pace 400s. 800s were 2:25, 2:25 (2 minute jogging recovery). 400s were 72, 71, 70, 68. Felt pretty good, but not as easy as I would have liked.
