Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
After the fartlek back at veale with Nick. Warmups, knee was kinda tight, but not that big a deal when we got moving. Did 5 each walkthroughs over 33" hurdles 9m apart, then some run overs. I was crunching down and leaning back on my landing. Not good, I dont know if its the weakness from my legs. Need to change that and power over and stay up tall. It will straighten out everything in my leg too. Next, did some barrier work into the sand pit. I wasnt landing on 2 feet which was good. I am pretty sure I can handle that. One week until I see.
