Resting HR: 64. Sleep: 7 hr. Still sick, congested and stuffy now.

By myself, 10 min warmup (lvl 10), 3 * 3/2/1 min fartlek (lvl 15) w/1:1 recovery, 15 min cooldown (lvl 10), watched Sports Center and listened to CAKE, my stuffy nose made this workout miserable, stretch, 30 Old Eagle, butt exercises.
