second lake

Comments:
Really nice day out went with the shorts again. Left top of the hill with Joe and Chris, planning to meet David and Corey at Veale. After picking them up went out around second lake. Kept it at a nice pace. I was feeling pretty crappy. Back was really tight, but knee felt ok. Still just shifting around. Stopped at the house to pick up some tickets. Stretched for a little and then felt really loose on the run back to top of the hill.

Got back. Stretched in the hallway, then roll and L7 and planks. Not to tired at the end of the day, but back and hips weak and tight. Ice later tonight for sure.
