early morning tempo!

Comments:
had to get up early before flight to miami around 545ish to do the tempo run. Wasnt really feeling too motivated at first, but got out anyway with a 10 minute warmup jog down macarthur and definitely woke up/loosened up. Started the 30 minute tempo feeling much better! Really pushed the pace today and was definitely working hard. Down Macarthur a ways and back for a 15 minute cooldown, and 8 soccer-field length striders at hardy park. Nice way to start out spring-break training! will crunch and lift later tonight!
