Was expecting to do this workout with CKells, but Coach bumped him up with Carter, so I was by myself. Honestly, I think I need longer sustained stuff now, but then again, maybe building some speed isn't necessarily a bad thing. These workouts definitely kill me more than the longer stuff.

4 x 450 (66, 67, 70, 70) 3 min recovery
I wanted the last two to be faster, but oh well, I was feeling pretty tired.
3 x 300 (45, 43, 42) 400 jog recovery
