Resting HR: 60. Sleep: 9 hr. Felt better when I woke up this morning, turned the corned on this cold.

Watched "Three Amigos" and listened to Reel Big Fish, my "good" bike may becoming wobbly, quick bathroom stop as I transitioned to the elliptical.
