A good start?

Weather: 50 ish and overcast

Comments:
Ran two miles at the Sudeck track, a little easier than tempo. The first lap was slower to get some warmup in but then I settled into a pace just a bit over six a mile. Didn't feel my toe at all. Again, a long way to go, but the first step of a many-mile journey has been taken.
