Test run, felt pretty smooth considering it has been 6 weeks, Coach took a short video, which showed that my stride was good, felt a little pain on my last lap, brief and not too sharp, was able to walk around fine afterwards, so don't know what that means, Coach said that we will try again on Wednesday, Jess agreed with the plan, stretch, 30 Eagle II, 10 min foot icebath.
