Chilly outside

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 50 ish and cooling, a bit breezy

Comments:
Ran the same way as sunday again, 1 lap warmup then the rest of 2 miles tempo. Today I was planning for 6:20 but settled in just under six a mile and felt pretty comfortable afterward.

Stretch afterwards.

Lift: Cook squat, goblet clean w/ box jump superset, band pull-ups, and burpees.

Update: Feeling my foot a little tonight. Might be because of the leg strength work or my shoes. Going to bike tomorrow and try other shoes wednesday. Ben said that it might be shoes causing it, and thus far I haven't seen anything disproving that theory. I'll temporarily switch back to some of my older shoes.
