Weather: windy on the way back

Comments:
Started easy for the first 4 miles easy, then picked up the next 4 miles on the way back (pretty windy). Then easy 1/4 mile easy jog at the end. went 17:45 for 3 miles, then jogged a little bit and started right back where i left off to finish the last mile in 5:57 with the jog. Good solid run!!!
