Classic pool workout. Kinda just went through it today, focusing on this weekend. 5 min kick, wkt 1, 20 min aqua jog, wkt 2, 10 min underwater swim. The underwater swim went really well. Knee was kinda tight.

Back upstairs for hips, back, hammies, then static 3, roll, L7 while chatting with Chris and Nick. Felt pretty good there. Sore at end of day, but got to keep head up. The race is a whole different game.
