Comments:
Ran with Nick and Steve. It was kinda cloudy and dreary out. Back and hip was fine, knee was tight though, even in the tights. See how tomorrow goes. Also planning to get in a little shakeout on thursday.

Got back, stretch roll abs, L7, then ice. Kinda odd that I dont have much to say today... Guess im getting nervous.
