well my knee is definitely hurt now. i did the workout then couldn't finish the cool down afterwards. it hurts really bad to walk on too. i'm seeing the trainer in the morning to try and figure out what's wrong. my goal times were 1:49 and my splits were (1:46-1:45-1:47-1:50-1:51)
